One Plan That Covers All

*Renewal or adding warranty coverage on any property is at the sole discretion of Home Service Plan of Ohio. In the case of renewals aggregates will reset. For newly warranted properties or properties where the warranty coverage has expired, coverage any claims submitted within the first 30 days will require additional review for approval. Payments are due within 7 days of due date or warranty will be terminated. No claims will be processed during the past due period.
